If the economic price will be compatible with your expectations, you can proceed to the order of goods subject to bank transfer to be made according to the methods expressed in the reply to your request for an economic quotation.
The transfer of your order will start the processing of the order by our staff, which will take place in the following phases:
- arrival of your order
- procurement of the products you order directly from the producer from Asti
- shipment of products (already packaged according to the law) at our laboratory in Lecco
- preparation and packaging of products
- shipping to the address you have provided to us
For each order, in addition to the economic price and the amount of shipping costs, you will also receive the indicative delivery date, which will be decided in your interest by our staff, after having made precise agreements with the Artisan and the Courier.
We invite you to take into account what you have just read especially to organize your internal order schedules for our products, in such a way as to limit as much urgency as possible, which, by the very nature of the products, would be difficult to resolve.

Complaints
We ask you to check every delivery.
Take note of any complaints about the delivery note before returning it to the driver. We ask you to inform ITALIA5SENSI for every problem.
We will replace or credit the damaged products.
Method of payment
Payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer, to be carried out according to the methods expressed in the reply to your request for an economic quotation.
In order to limit shipping times as much as possible, we kindly ask you to send the completed bill of quantities by e-mail to info@italia5sensi.it as soon as possible.
This will allow our staff to start the procurement phase of products from ‘Artisan manufacturer, without having to unnecessarily lose the days necessary to credit your bank on our current accounts.
